Ms. Strong

Greetings! Thank you for visiting our website to learn more about our child care program! I am the Director of Triad Christian Academy. I have been a Director for three years now. I have had the privilege of working with children in various settings such as child care centers, homes, and pediatrics. I began my child care career as an infant teacher in 2014 and later taught 2's, 3's, and school-age children. I love my role as a Director. I am dedicated to establishing a learning environment that is nurturing and developmentally appropriate for each child.

Thus far, I have obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development and Family Studies from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, a Master of Education degree in Child & Family Studies from UNC Charlotte, and a Post-Master's certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration from The George Washington University. I am qualified as a level III Administrator with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.  

I aspire to become an Elementary School Principal in the near future! I am blessed to have a leadership role in child care and I hope to make the greatest impact on children and families in my current role. I hope to welcome your child to Triad Christian Academy, where he or she will be loved, nurtured, and safe!

In my spare time, I love spending time with my fiancé' and family, trying new restaurants and activities, and planning my wedding for next year!
